Sewing machine servicing & repair service

What we offer & prices

All servicing includes cleaning, oiling, inspection of internal systems, and most adjustments needed to keep your machine stitching smoothly and happily.

$150/hr

We require a non-refundable $50 diagnostic deposit. This deposit will be applied as credit toward your repair bill if you decide to proceed with repair. 

Please note: Fees cover labor only and do not include the cost of any parts.


We'll never begin repairs without speaking to you first and letting you know what we found-your approval always comes first!

What we don't offer

BERNINA

We do not offer servicing or repairs on Bernina

Warranty work

Since we are not affiliated with any specific machine brand, we are unable to perform warranty-covered repairs.

Rush for repair

We do not offer rushes on repairs, as they are handled on a case to case basis. Turnaround time is never guaranteed, but we always strive to be as transparent and as timely as possible-because we know how valuable your machine time is!

Welcome to Alaska Sewing Sisters!

After seeing a need in Anchorage for a couple more qualified sewing machine techs, we took the leap and headed to Texas for certification - so we can confidently provide the best servicing and repairs for your machine that we can.


We're Shelby & Jill - two friends born and raised in Anchorage who share a deep love for all things sewing, fishing & hunting. We can't wait to meet you, hear about all of your projects, and help you get back on the pedal!
